I like the subject. Nellis is the man!

The top shot is nice use of the type of framing, but familiar, which is why I am more drawn to the second. Was that the sun or moon in the background, it might have created a nice rim light around the end of the guitar….
I’m drawn to the last photo -just the feeling of Nellis in the right hand corner and the moon in the left hand corner and all that land -space-imagination-you name it connect or seperate them.

I’m partial to the last one, too. I like the way the angle of my legs, the angle of the guitar neck and the angle of the dirt path interact. Also, my facial expression doesn’t look quite so much like I’m dire need of Ex-Lax, as it does in the second photo.
To Anonymous: Thanks! I didn’t realize I was recognizable.

Is this from a Green Day video? “…another turning point, a fork stuck in the road…” Nellis, noone wants to hear about the “angle of your legs”.
The top one is really nice, but I’m a sucker for separation. I might be inclined to crop in a bit from the top.
